The double room at 32 in Ashford was cozy and comfortable, with an electric kettle to make tea and coffee. It had a nice dining area where we could relax and enjoy our meals. As a family with children, we loved the homely atmosphere of the room, making us feel right at home.
Personally, we found the lack of a tea/coffee maker in the double room a bit disappointing. But hey, some guests might still enjoy using the electric kettle, so it's just our subjective opinion.

I had a great stay at this hotel near Heathrow. the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, making me feel safe and relaxed. the location was ideal for visiting Thorpe Park and was also convenient for exploring London. the host was friendly and always willing to help.
That the guest bedroom door didn't have a lock, although there was a clear sense of privacy and respect from the family.

The bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a marshmallow cloud! the location was great, just a stone's throw away from Thorpe Park and a quick trip into London. the host was incredibly friendly and offered help whenever we needed it.
That the guest bedroom door didn’t have a lock. Although the family gave us privacy and respect, it would have been nice to have the option to lock the door for extra peace of mind.
